

MEET ATTORNEY OWENS
Attorney Chanell Owens graduated with honors, cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge Louisiana. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2006. The Louisiana native is a US Army Veteran who understands the value of family, hard work, and keeping her word. Before going into private practice, Attorney Owens served as an Assistant Public Defender, Assistant Solicitor General, and one of the two UFCW Family Law Attorneys, representing Clients throughout the state of Georgia.
She has served as part of mental health court, drug court, and veterans court teams. Attorney Chanell Owens’ direct, yet personable, approach has been effective during negotiation, mediation, and litigation. She understands that legal matters are often high stakes-high stress for Clients. As such, she creates an environment of open communication throughout the legal process.
She understands that each Client’s needs are different. At Saint Owens Law, she has curated an individualized approach to analyzing the needs of each Client. Whether the legal strategy is to reach an amicable resolution or requires aggressive advocacy, Attorney Owens’ goal is to fight for the best possible outcome for her clients.
